Courses/Workshops:
The Recovery Shift: Applied Regulation Skills for Healthcare and Frontline Professionals:
In healthcare and frontline settings, burnout is often framed as a resilience issue when it is in fact often a recovery issue- when the nervous system is repeatedly activated without sufficient opportunities to downshift, even highly capable and committed professionals become depleted over time.
This course equips healthcare and frontline professionals with practical, evidence-based nervous system regulation skills designed to support recovery, emotional regulation, and cognitive clarity in high-stress environments. Participants learn brief 60–90 second practices that can be integrated immediately into the workday, including breath-based regulation (breathwork), attentional reset strategies, and nervous system downshift techniques grounded in evidence-informed nervous system and stress response principles.
Introduction to Breathwork
Discover how intentional breathing can enhance your physical and mental well-being. This workshop explores the science of breath and its impact on energy, focus, sleep, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Introductory guided techniques will be introduced to help you reduce stress, improve recovery, and build resilience- one breath at a time.
Rest to Rise: Sleep Optimization:
Sleep is a vital pillar of health, impacting our immunity, cardiovascular function, emotional well-being, and cognitive performance as well as influencing our daily habits such as how we eat and move our bodies. This workshop explores the science behind sleep, circadian rhythms, and how light affects our natural sleep-wake cycles. Tools, techniques, and lifestyle tips such as breathwork, wind-down practices, and supportive sleep aids will be discussed to help support long-term sleep health. Learn how small changes can lead to better rest and better living.
Guided Cold Plunge/Sauna/Breathwork Sessions:
Explore the power of heat, cold, and breath in this dynamic workshop focused on recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness. Through the use of sauna, cold exposure (ice bath), and guided breathwork, participants will learn how to support physical and mental recovery, regulate stress and enhance energy, focus, and resilience.
4 Week Rediscovery Reset Virtual Mini Course:
The 4 week Rediscovery Reset course was made for those seeking to rediscover a path back to self care however are unsure where to start or how to fit it into their already busy schedule. In as little as 5 minutes a day, you are provided with ready for you exercises in journaling, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and sleep support. With multiple options in each category, you can pick and choose which activity best fits your needs and your schedule with a minimal time commitment.
