We have changed our class offerings for 2023 and plan to offer pop up classes throughout the summer/fall season.  Classes will be announced on social media and through our mailing list; please follow us on Facebook and Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter for updates and more!

  • Pre-registration is required by 6pm the night before scheduled morning classes, and 3 hours prior to daytime/evening classes.

  • All participants must be 16 years of age or older; participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult also attending class.  Ability to comfortably swim short distances in all depths of water required for classes.  Please see class descriptions for individual class requirements and suggested experience.  

  • A completed waiver must be submitted with booking prior to attending class.  

  • A  stand up paddleboard, paddle, leash, PFD (personal floatation device), and SUP anchor (if needed) will be provided with class. Due to launch location restrictions, we unfortunately cannot allow use of personal SUP boards at this time.

  • Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

Intro to SUP Group Class

New to SUP?  Our Intro to SUP group classes begin on land with an equipment fitting, beginner SUP lesson & safety review, then transition to the water for a fun flat water paddle to practice skills learned and experience everything there is to love about SUP!

Total class time will be approximately 90 minutes; ability to comfortably swim short distances required. 

All participants will be provided with a stand up paddleboard, paddle, leash and PFD (personal floatation device).

SUP Yoga Flow

Join us for a SUP yoga class with modifications for all levels. Class will begin on land with equipment fitting and a paddle/safety review.

 

Once on our boards, we will have a short paddle out to a “floating yoga studio” location where we will anchor and begin our practice while connecting with the environment and cultivating strength, balance and playfulness.

​

Total class time will be approximately 90 minutes; ability to comfortably swim short distances and basic SUP skills required, experience with land based yoga suggested.

 

All participants will be provided with a stand up paddleboard, paddle, leash, PFD (personal floatation device), and SUP anchor.

SUP Fitness Fusion

Join us for a SUP fitness class incorporating a mix of conditioning, core, yoga, and more!

Shake up your fitness routine while improving balance and strength, all while surrounded by the beauty of an outdoor floating studio. Class will begin on land with equipment fitting and a paddle/safety review.

 

Once on our boards, we will have a short paddle out to a “floating fitness studio” location where we will anchor and begin.

 

Total class time will be approximately 90 minutes; ability to comfortably swim short distances and basic SUP skills required.

 

All participants will be provided with a stand up paddleboard, paddle, leash, PFD (personal floatation device), and SUP anchor.
