Viva Lachance

RN, NC-BC, NBC-HWC, CPT, RYT 200

Working as an RN and nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Viva was provided with the opportunity to follow her passion for wellness, fitness, and spending time outside (especially by the water) completing training to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RYT 200 through Wilmington Yoga Center, a certified stand up paddleboard yoga and fitness instructor through the WPA and Paddle Into Fitness, and a certified XPT Coach.

With a desire to share her passion and help others on their wellness journeys, Viva launched Genesis SUP Yoga and Fitness, which provided yoga and fitness classes in a “floating studio”- combining movement with the healing benefits of being on the water, offering an experience that nourishes mind, body and spirit.

With the intention of merging her love of nursing, health and wellness coaching and fitness, Viva later combined her board certification as a Health and Wellness Coach with her education and experience as a Registered Nurse, completing training through the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy (INCA) receiving board certification as an Integrative Nurse Coach (NC-BC) and establishing AquaGenesis Wellness PLLC.

A lifelong learner and always interested in how to add value to the services she provides, Viva has most recently received specialized training in functional medicine, completing the  Functional Medicine for Nurses™ A Root Cause Approach to Health & Healing course through the Integrative Nurse Coaching Academy (INCA) in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
