CAMP WILDHEART
A Weekend of Surf, Camp, Connection & Restoration
September 18–20, 2026 | Hatteras, North Carolina
WildHeart Wellness Co. is inviting women to step away from the everyday and spend a weekend camping, surfing, moving, exploring, and reconnecting on the beautiful Outer Banks.
Whether you've never pitched a tent, have always wanted to learn to surf, or you're already comfortable in the outdoors, Camp Wildheart is for you.
You don't need experience. You simply need a willingness to say yes to something new.
Together, we'll slow down, breathe deeply, spend time in nature, and experience the restorative benefits of the ocean and coastal environment. Through surfing, yoga, breathwork, hiking, shared meals, and time to simply rest and be, we'll create space to reconnect—with ourselves, with nature, and with a community of supportive women.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected, a little more grounded, and maybe a little more wild.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Camp Wildheart is a weekend designed to bring together adventure and restoration.
You'll have opportunities to get in the water, move your body, explore the landscape, slow down, share a meal, sit around the fire, and make memories with women who are also ready to try something new.
SURFING
Whether you've never stood on a surfboard or you're already comfortable in the water, you'll have the opportunity to experience surfing in the beautiful waters of the Outer Banks. Outer Surf will be joining us to provide professional surf lessons and instruction, creating a supportive and encouraging experience for women of all skill levels.
No experience necessary—just bring your willingness to try, get in the water, and maybe catch a wave or two!
CAMPING
Two nights under the stars in Hatteras, NC.
Camping is part of the adventure, but you don't need to be an experienced camper to join us. Come ready to unplug, spend time outside, and embrace a slower pace.
Please note: Each participant is responsible for bringing their own tent and personal camping/sleeping gear.
YOGA + MOVEMENT
We'll make space to move, stretch, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies through yoga and intentional movement.
GUIDED HIKE
Explore the natural beauty of the Outer Banks with a guided hike designed to get us outside, moving, and connected to the landscape around us.
BREATHWORK
Create space to slow down and reconnect through guided breathwork practices.
SATURDAY NIGHT SEAFOOD BOIL
Saturday evening, we'll gather for a special Outer Banks Boil Company seafood boil—a quintessential coastal meal and a chance to enjoy good food and even better company.
TIME TO UNWIND
Not every moment needs to be scheduled.
There will be time throughout the weekend to relax, explore, enjoy the beach, take in the scenery, read a book, nap, or simply sit and be.
